How To Find Your Strengths

“Play to your strengths!” Great advice. But not exactly helpful when you have ADHD and all you can see are your failures, embarrassing mistakes, and projects that went awry.

By adulthood, most folks with ADHD suffer from low self-esteem. And no wonder. Until you have a proper diagnosis and understand what ADHD is, it’s completely understandable that you eventually conclude you’re a ‘loser.’

I have good news for you: you DO have strengths. How do you find them? Well, consider what you enjoy doing, notice the things that you find easy, and finally, ask others. You may not see your strengths, but, as I’ve discovered, trusted friends and family members do see them.
